| Lo invites Batu Kitang youths to today’s forum |
KUCHING: The Barisan Nasional –Sarawak
United People’s Party (BN-SUPP) candidate for
Batu Kitang.
Lo Khere Chiang is inviting Batu Kitang
youths to a forum to share their views
and aspirations for a better Batu
Kitang.
The
forum takes place today at 8 pm
at Trinity Hub (3 1/2 miles old bus
station).
Lo said the purpose of the forum was
for youths aged 25 to 45 to interact, share resources and forge
meaningful friendships.
“It is also a way to engage with the
working youths and get them have a sense
of belonging in the community through their views on what they aim for in the
future.
“Through this, we can work together to
bring Batu Kitang to greater heights for them.
“The youths are our future leaders and
Sarawak’s future belongs to them.”
Lo said it was important for him to know
first-hand how the youths wanted Batu Kitang to be developed.
Topics to be discussed include
“Re-think the current job industry in
Sarawak” and “ Low / middle income Youths’ concerns”.
