KUCHING: Padawan Municipal Council (MPP)
has established its own one stop agency called Customer Service Centre (CSC)
located at the ground floor of the MPP building at Mile 10, Kota Padawan here.
MPP Chairman Lo Khere Chiang said that the
CSC is a one stop agency that reflecting the government desire to create more
efficient and getting done faster services to the local community.
“The CSC is a good system where our
customers now do not have to go all over the places to settle down their
matters as CSC provides all the service counters here where the customers only
need to pick a number, and they do not need to ask anybody anymore on where to
go,” he pointed out when met by reporters after the soft opening of CSC,
yesterday.
He said that the operating hours for the
CSC will be from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm while the payment service counter will
be from 8.00 am until 3.30 pm every Monday to Friday.
Among the service counters provided at the
CSC are payment counter, valuation and taxation counter, public health counter,
enforcement counter, engineering counter and helpdesk.
