KUCHING: Batu Kitang State Assemblyman, Lo
Khere Chiang has praised Ho Soon Physical Culture Club for its continuous
effort in uniting the people.
He praised the club in his speech
during the Flag Distribution Campaign
organised by the club conjunction with the 59th Merdeka Day celebration.
Lo’s speech was read by Kuching South City
Councillor, Tnay Li Ping during the
campaign.
“I support activities such as this. Ho Soon
Physical Culture Club has been doing this yearly to unite the people in the
state,” he added.
Meanwhile, Ho Soon Physical Culture Club
president, Then Shui Ted urged all Malaysians to appreciate the National Day.
According to him, as Malaysian citizens, we
should be glad that the country is promoting the spirit of patriotism and unity
to safeguard harmony and peace in the country.
Also
present at the Flag Distribution Campaign was Sarawak United People’s Party
(SUPP) publicity chief, Wilfred Yap.
