MPP take over the management of Taman Country Hill Apartment

Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) had a meeting with the residents of Taman Country Hill Apartment this afternoon.

All Taman Country Hill residents have came to a consensus and requested MPP to take over the management of the apartments.

It was 100% supported and MPP are more than delighted to be able to assist in such a manner. We are pleased with the opportunity to further improve the quality of their managed apartments and provide the residents with even higher standards of service with more focused and management teams.

Here I would encourage all MPP staffs and Taman Country Hill residents to work together to ensure a smooth transition, so that the needs of all residents can continue to be served. MPP may not be perfect but we are committed to becoming better.

The take over will immediately commence upon approval from the relevant minister and authority. Mpp will manage Taman Country Hill Apartments till the residents obtain their Strata Titles.

Once this objective achieved and with the residents comfortably abled in managing their own affairs, Mpp will withdraw and hand over the management of Country Hill Apartment to be fully handled by the residents themselves.

When it's time for the residents to start managing their own apartment communities, we would be vertically integrated as a way of delivering the highest possible service to our residents in the apartment communities.
