Its a big relief that the culvert is finally completed. We now have a strong sturdy culvert with concrete piled foundations that is going to last at least the next 100 years or more. A culvert that has an opening big enough to cater for huge volumes of water that is going to come through during moonsoon season and torrential rainfalls at the end of the year.
I would like to apologise to the public for the inconvenience experienced during construction period and thank my councillors and staff involved in the reconstruction of this collapsed culvert.
