KUCHING: Stroke patient Razali Sani has every reason to smile as Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak (TBS) came to his aid on Monday.

The 52-year-old received welfare aid from TBS in the form of monthly financial aid and groceries as well as a medical bed.

All this was presented through Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang when he visited Razali at his home at Kampung Paya Mebi here.

“He is 52-years-old and is suffering from a stroke ever since a fall more than a month ago. Now that he’s unable to work, his daughter who works as a cashier now supports the family of five members,” Lo said yesterday.

“Welfare group Hope Place Kuching has also planned to visit Razali to provide additional help and aid. I am grateful to Hope Place Kuching for having such a big heart towards helping my constituents who need welfare help.

“With the aid from TBS and Hope Place Kuching, our constituents come to realise about the wealth of sympathy, kindness and generosity hidden in the souls of people,” he added.
