Instarmac
Development has launched its first project of the year – The Cube Condominium.
The Cube
will be a gated and guarded residential development strategically located at
Jalan Dogan here, which can be accessed from Jalan Batu Kawa as well as Jalan
Burung Lilin off Jalan Penrissen.
The project
is a low density development of 94 units on 4.17-acre land, with three blocks
of six-storey units and is scheduled for completion in 2016.
According to
Kozin Real Estate principal, Alex Ting, the units are selling like hot cakes
where over 50 percent of the units have been booked.
“The Cube’s
architectural design is modern and futuristic, looking like stacks of cubes
sitting one on top of another. The colour scheme is very pleasant and the
buildings will blend well with the environment, surrounded by beautiful
landscaping.”
“The
developer will be providing top-class facilities, including a clubhouse,
swimming pool, fully equipped children’s playground, indoor gym, function room,
BBQ pits and others.”
“Each unit
will be allocated two parking spaces and there will be 24-hour security and
CCTV,” he explained at the opening of Instarmac Sales Gallery and official
launching of The Cube yesterday.
The launch
was officiated at by Padawan Municipal Council chairman Lo Khere Chiang.
Ting pointed
out that people here have developed a change in lifestyle, which is partly due
to modern living, security and convenience.
