A sole bread winner of the family, Mr Sim collapsed on the road last year and sustained head injuries.SUPP Chairman for Sentosa, Lo Khere Chiang went to visit Sim as he has to support nine children.
He and Advisor of Woman’s Wing, Amy Tnay assisted him to apply for Welfare Aid and also gave a token of monetary aid to help him.
