Question: Is Sarawak Independent and Have Always Been?

If MA63 is not valid and the federation of Malaya 1957 is the only valid one, than when Sarawak was granted independence on 22July 1963, it became free of the British and of any Malayan masters ?

MA63 only came into being on 16th Sept 1963 and if this is not valid, then it means Sarawak was never part of the federation of Malaysia? By right then, we are independent and have always been ?
