State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang handed over a RM68,000 house for the hard-core Poor Development Programme which is also known as Program Pembangunan Rakyat Termiskin(PPRT) to Poisah binti Spo.
Lo handed the keys to 56-year-old Poisah, a single mother in Kampung Sandong yesterday and said he was happy to see that having the house means that she has less burden to bear.
He said the scheme is a well thought plan by the government to alleviate hard poor’s living condition. He wished Poisah the best in her life and hoped that there are many who can benefit from the scheme.
