Lo Khere Chiang: Important to observe tolerance and
understanding
KUCHING: Padawan Municipal Council (MPP)
chairman, Lo Khere Chiang was among devotees at the Sarawak Buddhist
Association premises here yesterday to celebrate Wesak Day, one of the most
important days for Buddhists.
In his short but meaningful speech, Lo said
that it was important to observe tolerance and understanding among one another.
“Malaysia is a country with a diverse
background of different races and religions.
“Therefore, it is important to pray for
peace, harmony, and good health among all Malaysians,” he said.
